BAG Foundation – Dr Babalola Ayobami Gideon Foundation
Empowering People · Restoring Hope · Transforming Communities

Building Futures,
One Life at a Time

The BAG Foundation is a faith-rooted, people-centred organisation committed to advancing education, mental health, humanitarian relief, capacity building, and community transformation across Nigeria and beyond.

Our Five Pillars

What We Stand For

Every initiative, partnership, and programme we run is anchored in these five interconnected pillars of transformation.

Education

Expanding access to quality learning for underserved children and youth through scholarships, resources, and mentorship.

Mental Health

Destigmatising mental health in African communities, providing awareness campaigns and emotional support resources.

Humanitarian

Delivering tangible relief — food, clothing, medical support — to vulnerable families and displaced communities.

Capacity Building

Equipping leaders, educators, and entrepreneurs with the skills and frameworks needed for sustainable impact.

Faith

Rooted in a living, active faith that moves beyond church walls to restore dignity, purpose, and hope in lives.

“The BAG Foundation was born from a conviction that true transformation begins when people are empowered — in mind, in heart, and in community. Every child educated, every leader developed, and every family helped is a seed of lasting change.”

About the Foundation

A Life of Service, Turned Into Legacy

Registered in Nigeria Faith-Rooted Community-Led Internationally Connected

The Dr Babalola Ayobami Gideon Foundation — widely known as the BAG Foundation — was established as an expression of Dr Babalola’s lifelong commitment to people development. Having served across continents as an educator, business leader, author, and faith practitioner, Dr Babalola recognised that sustainable change requires more than individual effort — it demands organised, structured, and compassionate action.

The Foundation operates at the intersection of education, emotional wellness, and community empowerment. Drawing from Dr Babalola’s extensive experience managing international schools, leading teams of educators, and publishing resources on leadership and relationships, the BAG Foundation channels these insights into structured programmes that touch real lives.

Headquartered in Nigeria and with connections spanning China, the United States, and Europe, the BAG Foundation is uniquely positioned to bridge international knowledge and resources with grassroots African needs — creating impact that is both globally informed and locally relevant.
